At DogBeds, one of our main goals is to focus on high quality and safe shipping options – so that our customers can sit back and relax until they enjoy our products at home with their loved ones.

To ensure that we can offer our products at fair prices, we have decided to ship the products directly from the supplier to you. In this way, we can save significantly on storage, transport, and packaging costs and can offer you the products at a fair price.

Since we ship directly from the supplier, we have an average delivery time of 10 to 14 business days to the USA & UK.

HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?

Deliveries in the USA & UK have the same delivery time. The delivery time consists of two important components:

1) Processing time (2-3 business days):

Adjustments
Quality control
Packaging

2) Delivery time (8-11 business days):

USA & UK: 10-14 business days (Standard Shipping)*

The duration of delivery is calculated from the time of collection at our international transport center to the desired destination and may vary depending on the delivery destination.

All delivery times stated above are exclusive of customs and associated delays. Delays may occur during periods of increased demand, such as Christmas, Black Friday, or similar special promotions.

HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

We offer our customers free standard shipping in the USA.

WHERE IS MY PACKAGE?

After the package has been packed, it is handed over to our transport company, and you will receive an email with the tracking information.

You can track your order via our tracking page.

For logistical reasons and to optimize delivery time, the order may be sent in several partial shipments.

RETURN POLICY

Defective Product?

How annoying! Unfortunately, it can happen that your product is damaged during transport.

In this case, we always deliver a new package free of charge the first time and unfortunately cannot issue a refund.

If the product arrives damaged a second time, we will refund you the full purchase price.

Lost Package?

If a package is lost or not delivered for logistical reasons, we always send a new package before proceeding to our Refund and Return Policy.

Customs

In some cases, the customs authority may inspect the package delivered to you. Unfortunately, this legislation was changed as of July 1, 2021, and we have no influence on this.

In some cases, the customs authority may request a small import fee. However, this does not happen in 99% of cases.

Delivery in Case of Absence or at the Post Office

When a package is delivered to the door or dropped off at a post office, DogBeds has covered the costs for the delivery of the package.

If the package is not accepted or is not picked up from the post office, it will be automatically sent back to the supplier, and we are entitled to withhold $8.95 from the refund amount.

WHY IS THE TRACKING NOT WORKING?

In some cases, the transport company needs 1–2 business days to update the location of the package.

We ask for your understanding and patience in these cases.

Change Address

If you want to change your address after ordering, this must be communicated to customer service within 24 hours.
